By downloading, installing, or using the SleepBetter.ai mobile application or visiting the SleepBetter.ai website at sleepbetter.ai (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SleepBetter.ai provides a sleep tracking and improvement platform, including an iOS mobile application and an informational website. The Service allows users to log sleep data, review sleep patterns, and access AI-generated sleep insights and educational content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@sleepbetter.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any sleep data or notes you enter into the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SleepBetter.ai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service. 9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Apple HealthKit. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
